At Brillo, we’re committed to making your online shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Our official business days are Sunday to Thursday. Please note that Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays are considered off-days for both our team and our shipping partners.
We work with trusted third-party courier services to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
🕒 Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times
- Orders in stock are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Out-of-stock items may experience a short delay (1–2 extra days), and we’ll notify you if that happens.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location in Egypt.
Our overall delivery window is 1–5 working days from the order date.
📦 Delivery Details
- Our courier partners may require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt of the package.
- The order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. If no one is available to receive the order, we’ll contact you to schedule another attempt.
- Please note: we can only attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts, it may be returned to us, and Brillo cannot be held responsible in such cases.
💰 Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the items ordered.
